- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 1 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can water chestnuts
Directions

1Brown meat, onions, celery and green peppers.

2Mix with soups and add bean sprouts, water chestnuts, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.

3Put in casserole.

4Cook at 350° until bubbly, about 35 to 40 minutes.

5Put Chinese noodles on top and bake 5 minutes more.
