Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 large pkg. macaroni
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- grated cheese
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Saute onion and bell pepper; add to meat.

3Season meat mixture with a little sugar, basil and salt to taste.

4Pour tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste over meat mixture and simmer.

5Cook macaroni in salted water according to package directions and drain.

6While macaroni is hot, add sour cream and cream cheese.

7Stir until melted.

8Pour over meat mixture in buttered casserole.

9Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.

10Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
