- 1 lb boneless beef roast (1/2 inch squares)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small cauliflower head (Separated)
- 1 green bell pepper (3/4 inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove (Minced)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup green onion
- 3 cups rice
Directions

1Brown meat in butter for about 5 minutes.

2Add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce and garlic. Stir lightly to coat vegetables with soy sauce. Cover and simmer vegetables until barely tender (about 10 minutes).

3In a separate bowl blend cornstarch, sugar and broth. Add to meat mixture with green onions.

4Cook Stirring constantly until thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened.

5Serve over a bed of rice.
