- 1 1/2 lb. extra lean beef, ground
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Brown hamburger with onion; drain off grease.

2Add brown sugar and barbecue sauce; simmer 10 minutes.

3Mold biscuits to form cups in greased muffin pans.

4Fill with hamburger mixture; top with grated cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Makes 20 beef cups.
