  • 1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 packet enchilada seasoning
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 small can chopped peppers
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 large packet shredded cheese
  • tortillas
  • refried beans

Directions

    Brown beef, heat can of sauce with 1 can water.

    After meat is brown, add a little of sauce, peppers and seasoning; simmer.

    Heat oven to 350°.
