- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 lb. shredded cooked beef
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chili peppers
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Mix beef, chili peppers and onion with 1 can sauce.

2Wrap this mixture in tortillas.

3Pour a little sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

4Place enchiladas in pan.

5Pour remaining sauce over them and sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
