- 2 large onions, chopped
- 10 oz. can tomatoes and chilies
- 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 dozen corn tortillas
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Saute onions and add to ground beef.

3Mix tomatoes, enchilada sauce, mushroom and chicken soup with ground beef.

4Cut tortillas into pieces.

5Layer meat sauce with tortilla pieces as follows:

7Top with grated cheese. Place this in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
