  • 2 c. cranberries
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 3/4 c. softened butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. flour

    Line a 10 inch pie plate with your favorite pie crust.

    Add cranberries, 1/2 c. sugar and chopped nuts.

    To make batter: Cream butter and 1 c. sugar.

    Add eggs and flour.

    Mix well.

    Pour batter over cranberries oven and bake at 350° for 60 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

    Yield 1 - 10 inch pie cake.
