- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 8 flour tortillas (7 inch)
- SAUCE
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef, drain.

3Put 1/3 cup filling down middle of each tortilla.

4Wrap, place seam side down in 13x9 baking pan.

5For Sauce: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

6Saute onion and green pepper in hot oil until tender.

7Add next 4 ingredients, mix well.

8Pour over tortillas.

9Cover and bake 30 minutes.

10Sprinkle with cheese and bake 7 more minutes.
