  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef roast
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. cooking wine

Directions

    Mix onion soup, mushroom soup with water and cooking wine and pour over roast.

    Cover and put in oven at 350°.

    Cook until tender.

    May have to add a little broth or water.

    May also add other spices.
