- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef roast
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. cooking wine
Directions

1Mix onion soup, mushroom soup with water and cooking wine and pour over roast.

2Cover and put in oven at 350°.

3Cook until tender.

4May have to add a little broth or water.
