  • 12 potatoes
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • about 2 cans water
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup

Directions

    Peel potatoes; dice potatoes.

    Put in kettle and add 1 teaspoon salt.

    Cook until almost done.

    Don't pour off potato water.

    Fry meat with onions, salt and pepper.

    Add to the potatoes.

    Also add kidney beans, tomato soup and catsup.

    Simmer about 1 hour.
