  • 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
  • 1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt or liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt or Accent
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder and black pepper
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

    Cut semi-frozen steak into 1/8-inch strips with the grain of the meat.

    Mix all seasonings and sauces in a bowl.

    Place the meat strips in glass dish and pour marinade over that.

    Let marinate overnight in glass dish.
