  • 1 bottle liquid hickory smoke
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Leave beef roast or steak partially chilled to make it easier to cut.

    Slice into thin strips and weigh up about 3 pounds. Marinate overnight in mixture of all ingredients and put in dehydrator the next day.

    If you don't have a dehydrator, you can take shish kabob sticks and hang the strips in the oven at 250° for about 6 hours.
