- 1/2 c. liquid smoke
- 3 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 4 lb. beef with all fat removed
Directions

1Mix and let stand for 10 minutes.

2Cut beef into thin slices. Place beef in marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.

3Stir often and make sure beef is coated.

4Drain and put on trays in dehydrator.

5Takes about 24 hours to dry.

6Put in plastic bags and seal.
