- 1 lb. trimmed top sirloin
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. each red wine vinegar and coarse grain mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. each cracked black pepper and sugar
Directions

1Cut trimmed sirloin into 1 inch cubes.

2Combine: white wine, olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, black pepper, and sugar.

3Put beef in a plastic bag; add marinade.

4Close bag, marinate for 30 minutes.

5Pour off marinade, reserve.

6Thread 4 to 5 beef cubes onto each of 4 skewers.

7Broil or grill 10 to 13 minutes, turn and brush with reserved marinade occasionally.
