- 1/4 teaspoon Accent (MSG)
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. oil (peanut, vegetable, corn)
- Flank steak
- Water chestnuts
- Pea pods
- Bok Toy (Chinese greens)
- Water
- Bamboo shots
- Celery cabbage
- Mushrooms
Directions

1Cut flank steak, bok toy and celery cabbage into bite size pcs.

2Peel ends from pea pods.

3Open cans of bamboo shoots, mushrooms and water chestnuts.

4Have wok real warm, add in 2 Tbsp.

5oil, flank steak -- stir fry till medium done and remove.

6Add in remaining oil to warm wok.

7Put in all vegetables and add in salt, sugar, Accent, sesame oil, soy sauce and sufficient water to cook vegetables.

8After vegetables are done add in pre-cooked steak and stir.

9Mix cornstarch with 1/4 c. water or possibly make a thick paste.

10Pour over food and cook till gravy thickens.

11Serve.
