- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 T. fresh lime juice
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1T. Soy sauce
- 1 small jalapeno pepper minced
- 2 C. lettuce with large leaves for wrapping such as bibb lettuce
- 1 C. red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 C. english cucumber, matchstick cut
- 1/2 C. fresh cilantro, torn
- 1/2 C. shredded carrots
