- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Mix well by hand.

2Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.

3Mix at least 3 more times, refrigerating at least 15 minutes between mixings.

4Divide into 3 rolls and wrap in foil.

5Refrigerate 24 hours.

6Unwrap and lay on rack in pan (cookie sheet).

7Bake 1 1/4 hours at 300°.

8It will be done, but is red looking.
