- 2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
Directions

1Mix all together for 5 minutes.

2The next 2 days, knead for 5 minutes.

3The fourth day, roll into logs.

4Put on a broiler pan. Bake 8 hours at 180°, turning 1/4 turn every 2 hours.

5When done, roll on a paper towel to absorb grease.
