  • 5 lb. hamburger
  • 2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt

Directions

    Mix all together for 5 minutes.

    The next 2 days, knead for 5 minutes.

    The fourth day, roll into logs.

    Put on a broiler pan. Bake 8 hours at 180°, turning 1/4 turn every 2 hours.

    When done, roll on a paper towel to absorb grease.
