Ingredients
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 pound rib steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 3 tbsp. finely minced ginger root
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4-1/2 c. oyster sauce
- Warm cooked rice
- 3/4 c. beef stock
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1/2 pound sm. mushrooms
- 1 c. sliced white onions
- 2 c. sliced green pepper, blanched
- 1 c. diced sweet red peppers
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet or possibly wok.

2Add in beef, garlic, ginger and pepper.

3Cook and stir for 10 min.

4Add in oyster sauce and beef stock and simmer for 15 min.

5Lower heat and add in cornstarch dissolved in water.

6Add in mushrooms and onions.

7Cook 10 min.

8Remove from heat and stir in peppers.

9Serve with warm cooked rice.
