- 3 to 4 lb. chuck in 1-inch cubes or 3 to 4 lb. stew beef
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- garlic powder
- 3/4 c. dry sherry
Directions

1Put meat in 3-quart casserole dish.

2Sprinkle with garlic powder (you determine amount).

3In separate bowl mix together soup, dry soup mix and sherry.

4Pour over meat and mix.

5Cover casserole and bake at 325° for 2 hours.

6Serve over noodles.
