- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce 8 ounces
- 13 cup onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons green bell peppers chopped
- 4 cups noodles
- 1/2 pound cheese velveeta pasteurized, cubed
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown meat; drain.

2Add tomato sauce, onions and green bell peppers;mix well.

3Cover;simmer for 5 minutes.

4Layer noodles, cheese, and meat mixture in a 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover.

5Bake @ 350F (180C) for 40 minutes.

6Top with additional cheese, sliced, if desired.
