- 2 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 lb. beef or turkey
Directions

1Mix first four ingredients, then let mixture stand for 5 minutes.

2Place in bowl with tight seal and let stand for 10 more minutes, while you are cutting beef or turkey.

3Makes enough for 4 pounds of beef or turkey.

4Place meat into marinade, secure lid and let it stand for 10 more minutes.

5Shake bowl and turn it every few minutes to cover all meat.

6Drain.

7Place on trays and dry in dehydrator.

8Set vents on top and bottom to fully open.

9Normal drying time is 24 to 48 hours.
