- 1 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 lb. sliced deli or leftover cooked roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
- 4 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 cup diced green or red pepper (optional)
Directions

1Unroll pizza crust on lightly greased 15 x 10 inch baking sheet.

2Arrange roast beef slices lengthwise in the center of dough.

3Spread pizza sauce on top of beef.

4Layer cheese slices on top; sprinkle peppers over cheese.

5Fold sides of dough over filling; pinch edges and ends to seal.

6Bake in 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.

7Cut into 8 thick slices. Serve with additional warm pizza sauce and salad if desired.
