  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 6 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 3 shakes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Mix beef

    and dry onion soup mix. Set aside.

    Mix all other ingredients to make dough.

    Roll out to 10 x 12-inches. Spread meat on top and roll up. Chill 1 hour and slice 3/4-inch thick. Place pinwheels on baking sheet and bake in a 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

    May serve with mushroom sauce or a tomato sauce. Makes about 20.
