- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix beef, rice, onions and seasonings.

2Form into small balls. Cook in hot oil in skillet, turning frequently, until light brown, but not crusty, on all sides.

3Add Hunt's tomato sauce and water.

4Mix well.

5Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
