Beef Pot Pie

- chuck roast
- 2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- milk
Directions

1Stove Top:

2Place chuck roast in large pot and cover with water.

3Season.

4Bring to full boil.

5Reduce heat.

6Cover and cook for 2 hours.

7Watch and add water as needed.

8Mix flour, egg, oil, salt and pepper and milk as needed.

9Mix until stiff (like pie crust).

10Roll out thin and cut into squares.

11Drop into boiling broth and cook approximately 20 minutes.

12Remove roast.

13Cut up and remove fat.
-
14Add back to boiling mixture.

15May add more water, if needed.

16Can also use chicken in place of beef, if desired.
