  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 onion, sliced

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

    Bring to a boil.

    In casserole dish arrange celery, pepper, onion and potatoes.

    Cover with meat mixture. Cover casserole and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
