- 3 c. stew meat (cooked in water until tender)
- 1 medium cabbage, cut in small pieces
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 medium green bell peppers
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can tomatoes, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Heat a deep frying pan and add oil.

2Put in garlic and stir. Add cabbage, onions and bell peppers. Saute a few minutes.

3Add shredded, cooked stew meat. Add can of tomatoes and 3/4 c. water and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours.

4Serve over cooked rice. The longer you cook, the better the flavor.
