  • 1 roast (chuck or shoulder)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • carrots, diced
  • potatoes, diced

Directions

    Wash, salt and pepper roast.

    Put in a baking pan.

    Add 1 cup water and onion soup mix.

    Bake, covered, on 350° until meat is tender.

    Add mushroom soup, celery soup, carrots and potatoes. Bake until potatoes and carrots are tender.
