- 1 (4 lb.) roast
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat roasting pan; put oil in and brown roast on all sides. Cut onion in slices and put on top of roast.

2Put enough water to make gravy.

3Take 2 tablespoons flour and dissolve in warm water and put in roaster to thicken gravy.

4Cook until tender as you want it.
