Ingredients

  • beef roast (eye of round)
  • 1 envelope onion dry soup mix
  • 3 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 large cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 can corn (optional)
  • peas (optional)

Directions

    Place roast, soup mix and canned soup in covered pan.

    Bake for at least 3 hours at 325° or lower.

    When meat is tender, slice and add Veg-All.

    Put back in the oven until vegetables are warm.
