- 1 lb. round steak, beat down with plate or cleaver
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots, cooked
- 2 oz. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
- 1 small onion, sauteed, cooked and drained
- pinch of crushed garlic
Directions

1After sauteing onions add other vegetables.

2Cut beef to make roll.

3In each place cheese with onion mixture on top; then roll up and secure with toothpick.

4Saute meat well in butter.

5Make gravy and serve with noodles on rice.
