  • 1 lb. round steak, beat down with plate or cleaver
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots, cooked
  • 2 oz. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
  • 1 small onion, sauteed, cooked and drained
  • pinch of crushed garlic

Directions

    After sauteing onions add other vegetables.

    Cut beef to make roll.

    In each place cheese with onion mixture on top; then roll up and secure with toothpick.

    Saute meat well in butter.

    Make gravy and serve with noodles on rice.
