- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
- 5 thinly sliced onions
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 can water
Directions

1Lay small pieces of steak flat and salt and pepper each one. Cut bacon and lay on top of steak.

2Top with onions.

3Then roll up each piece and secure with toothpicks or tie with string.

4Put roast 1 1/2 hours until tender, simmering in the tomatoes and water.
