  • 1 x Onion
  • 1 x Green Pepper
  • 3 slc Bacon, uncooked
  • 3 Tbsp. Bacon Fat
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
