  • 200 grams Thinly sliced beef
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 8 French beans
  • 1 cut to the same length as the beans Burdock root
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 i piece Ginger

  • 1 Flour slurry

    Cut the carrots, French beans and burdock into thin strips and blanch.

    Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the vegetables.

    Spread the slice of beef, place the blanched vegetables and ginger on top, and roll.
