- 6 slices top sirloin, thinly sliced (about 1/8-inch thickness)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 to 3 large dill pickles, chopped fine
- 6 to 8 slices raw bacon, finely diced
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 can beef broth
Directions

1Pound sirloin between 2 pieces of wax paper until thin.

2Mix onion, pickles and bacon together in a small bowl.

3Spread this mixture over each slice of sirloin to almost cover.

4Leave about 1/2 to 1 inch on edges of each steak.

5Roll each steak up into a long roll.

6Tie a couple of pieces of thread around each roll to keep secure.

7Brown steaks in a small amount of oil in frying pan. Remove steaks.

8Add flour to oil and brown, making a light brown paste.

9Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste to paste.

10Add can of beef broth to paste.

11Bring to a rolling boil; turn heat down to simmer.

12Add steak rolls back to gravy; simmer about 12 to 15 minutes.
