- 5 beef rouladen steaks
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion
- mustard
- oil
- butter
- salt
Directions

1Separate rouladen steaks.

2Season each steak lightly with salt.

3Spread mustard to cover steak.

4Saute onion in butter.

5Add 1/2 of the onion to the steak.

6Place 1 slice of bacon on top of onion.

7Roll steak and fixings into an oblong shape and secure with toothpicks.

8Brown rouladen steaks in 2 tablespoons of oil and place in a casserole dish and cover.

9Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

10Add your favorite gravy.
