- 2 lb. round steak, cut into 4 to 5 pieces and pounded flatter
- Stove Top stuffing
- sliced mushrooms
- sliced onions
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- gravy mix
Directions

1Put a portion of stuffing in center of meat.

2Tie meat in roll with a string.

3Brown meat rolls in a large pan.

4Saute onions; add water to pan.

5Add seasonings and gravy mix.

6Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

7Add mushrooms 15 minutes before serving.

8Be sure to cut strings before serving rolls.

9Serve gravy separately.
