Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 3 cups julienne cut cold roast beef
  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 cups torn salad greens
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

    Simmer vinegar, water, lemon juice, sugar, dill weed, salt and white pepper 10 to 15 minutes.

    Cool.

    Toss with beef and onion.

    Chill.

    Drain, reserving marinade.

    Place greens in bowl.

    Top with beef and onion.

    Combine sour cream with reserved marinade.
