- 2 lbs fresh Gulf Shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 8 oz. Lo Mein noodles
- 6 oz. Baby Greens (argula, chard, baby spinach)
- Fresh ground pepper
- Salt

22.Drain but retain 1/2 cup of the water used from noodles. Set aside.

33.Heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil in large skillet.

44. Sautee peppercorn and garlic until fragrant on medium heat.

66. Add pasta and water. Cook 2 more minutes
