- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed or 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together with hands and shape into 2 rolls. Wrap tightly with foil and refrigerate for 2 days.

2Now place in shallow pan. Prick holes in top of foil rolls to let steam escape.

3Bake 1/2 hour at 325°.

4Eat either hot or cold. May be frozen.
