- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped coriander
- 1 Tbsp. orange peel
- 24 cabbage, lettuce or similar leaves

2Mix ground beef and rest of the ingredients thoroughly until the meat is sticky, then marinate it for 10 minutes. Squeeze 1 portion of the filling into a ball.

3Dip a spoon in water, then use the spoon to remove the meatball. Place the meatball on a leaf. Arrange the meatballs in a steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
