  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 500 grams Beef Stew, Cut Into Bite-size Pieces.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Potato, Peeled And Cut Into Small Pieces
  • 1 Carrot, Peeled And Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
  • 2 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, Diced
  • 6 cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir while cooking until browned.

    Stir in garlic, onion, potatoes, carrot, celery and tomatoes. Add water, flour, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer for 2 hours.
