  • 2 round steaks, cut into chunks
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
  • small amount of oil for browning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)

Directions

    Heat oil; brown meat in a large pan or pot.

    Add onions; stir for a few minutes and then add bell peppers, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic powder.

    Add enough water to cover the meat, etc.

    Bring to a boil; then lower flame and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
