Beef Steak Rice Bowl

- 1 slice Beef for a steak
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 Hot cooked rice
- 1 dash Green onions or scallions
Directions

1Take the beef out of the fridge.

2Slice the onion into your desired thickness.

3Cut the garlic into 5-6 slices.

4Make the sauce with the soy sauce and mirin.

5Sprinkle the beef with a small amount of salt and pepper.

6Saute the garlic in vegetable oil until it starts to brown, then remove from the pan.

7Add the meat.

8Take the meat out just before your desired doneness, and stir-fry the onion.

9Return the meat to the pan, and pour in the sauce.

10Coat both sides of the meat with the sauce, and take it out from the pan.

11Serve rice in a bowl, and put the onion on top.

12Leave the sauce in the pan.

13Slice the meat diagonally into strips, and serve on top.

14Pour the simmered sauce all over, and sprinkle with garlic and chopped green onions.
