- 2 lb. stew meat
- 4 large potatoes, cut in chunks
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 large carrots, cut in chunks
- 1 large can peas
- 3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour (for thickening)
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Brown meat and remove grease.

2Add all ingredients, bring to a boil and let simmer until potatoes and carrots are soft.

3(The meat can be rolled in flour before it is browned.)
