- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- carrots, sliced
- chopped onions
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- salt and pepper
- potatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1/2 can water
- fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in pot or roaster pan.

2Put in oven at 275°, covered.

3Cook for 5 hours.
