  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • carrots, sliced
  • chopped onions
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • potatoes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1/2 can water
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in pot or roaster pan.

    Put in oven at 275°, covered.

    Cook for 5 hours.

    Stir every hour.
