- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 1 large onion
- 6-8 potatoes
- 3-4 carrots
- 1/2 stick butter
- garlic salt
- ground cloves
Directions

1Cube beef in bite size pieces.

2Flour and brown in skillet. Season with garlic salt and cloves while browning.

3Fill stew pot, Dutch oven, 1/2 with water and 1 teaspoon bouillon.

4Dice onions and combine with beef.

5Let simmer for 2 or 3 hours. Add cut carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces.

6Add 1/2 stick butter and simmer until vegetables are fully cooked.
