- 1 baked pie shell, cooled
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. crab meat (1 to 2 cans)
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss or Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1/3 chopped onion
Directions

1In blender, combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Process until smooth.

2Add crab meat, cheese and onion and blend at low speed just to combine (3 to 4 seconds).

3Pour mixture into baked pie shell.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes until top is puffed up and golden brown.

5Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving to firm up the custard.

6Serves 4 to 6.
